New to CrossFit? Our Aphobos Academy will prepare you for our classes!
If you're new to CrossFit, you'll need to join the Aphobos Academy before joining our regular classes. Sign up today and learn all the skills you need to make the most out of each training session once you start your CrossFit journey.
At Aphobos CrossFit, we believe that “Fitness is a journey. It doesn’t happen over night.” Our knowledgeable and attentive coaches are here to support you throughout this journey, helping you achieve your goals.
What you will learn:
Our absolute highest priority is making sure you learn and execute all movements safely and efficiently. From the beginning, you will understand the importance of virtuosity (“performing the common uncommonly well”) and the value of mechanics and consistency before intensity.
During 3 sessions you will not only have your movements assessed, learn some of the Foundational CrossFit movements and take part in a workout, you will also get a sense of camaraderie that comes with starting something new with people that are seeking similar goals as you.
By the end of the Aphobos Academy course, we aim to empower you to feel more confident and equipped to enhance your physical fitness and mental well-being. You will develop lifelong healthy habits that set you on the path to transforming your life.

We want to make sure there’s nothing in the way you train that could hinder your progress or put you at risk of getting injured. Our goal is to help you make the most out of every minute you spend training with us.

If you're new to CrossFit, our Aphobos Academy course will teach you everything you need to know for our classes.
You will complete 3 sessions covering the basics before progressing to our regular classes.

If you have done CrossFit for more than 6 months, you can join our regular classes straightaway and start your membership.

We offer free trial classes and tours of our gym in Bromley. Book a free trial class or schedule a tour with one of our coaches to explore the facility and learn more about our sign-up process.

Not at all. Our sessions are designed to meet you where you’re at. Everything is scaled to your ability, so whether you’re returning to fitness or starting fresh, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

You get access to CrossFit, gymnastics, strength and skill, and weightlifting classes, as well as social events and seminars. Find out more about our memberships here.

We offer 7 CrossFit classes a day from Monday to Friday, and on weekends, we offer between 3 to 4 classes daily. Take a look at our class timetable here.

If you are an experienced CrossFitter for over six months at an affiliate and are travelling from out of town, then we would love to host you! Please email us directly at admin@aphoboscrossfit.com to arrange bookings and payment.
Drop-in fee is £20 + VAT
Please note you are required to submit a completed Athlete’s Waiver before you can attend a session. Payment for the session needs to be settled before session start.
You need to have a minimum of 6 months experience at an affiliate CrossFit gym to attend a drop-in class with us.
